A 28-year-old Scituate man was arrested after allegedly running from the scene of a serious crash that put three people in the hospital Sunday night in Duxbury, Massachusetts. The on-scene investigation, which lead to the closure of some travel lanes and the diversion of traffic to exit 14, had ended by 5:19 a.m., before the morning rush hour. The driver of the car, Michael Spinola, 29, of Scituate, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
